Summary

add a minimal Playwright smoke test that mocks the backend and verifies the frontend shell loads
add a test:e2e frontend npm script for running Playwright specs
add the missing tailwind-merge dependency required by the command menu UI helpers

Testing

npm run test:e2e -- smoke.spec.ts
